Acceptance

By installing or using FabricForge, you agree to these terms. FabricForge is provided by Datachain Consulting Pty Ltd (ABN 31 639 915 781).

Service description

FabricForge is a native Microsoft Fabric workload that provides workspace governance capabilities. It runs entirely within your Microsoft Fabric tenant and capacity.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining appropriate Fabric capacity, managing access controls within your tenant, and ensuring compliance with your organisation's policies.

Limitation of liability

FabricForge is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Datachain Consulting Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of FabricForge.
